Ordering through our online store
Select the product you wish to order and follow the instructions in our secure purchase system. When ordering, you will be asked to provide your personal and shipping information, desired method of payment and additional information regarding your preferences, such as: parachute color, and carrying case color, if one was ordered.
Upon completing the form, you will be asked to confirm the order and the product will be prepared for shipment. The product will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed.
Ordering via the contact form or by mail
Please contact us with the details of the product you wish to purchase, your personal information, address information and color preferences as far as parachute and carrying bag are concerned. Please make sure you fill in all your contact details. Every application will be processed within 24 hours.
Payment options
Products ordered will be charged at the time the order is placed via through one of the following methods:
►Direct transfer to Paralight’s bank account. In this case, account details will be
provided when you place your order.
►Credit card (Credit card Visa, AMEX or Mastercard).
ParalightTM, currently accept payment from a range of the most popular credit cards. You can pay for your purchases using VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Your payments will be processed through a secure payment and will not be shared with anyone else so you can be assured that no-one can access your details for fraudulent use.
Note: If this is the first time you make purchase in our shop with a credit card, in accordance with the credit card company we request to transfer photo fax credit card and photography of your ID card or another official document such as a driver's license.
►PayPal Payment.
Shipping and delivery fees
Products can be delivered to any country around the world that has commercial relations with Israel. We use the international EMS system employed by all postal authorities. Delivery time is usually 7-14 business days. In unusual circumstances, delivery time may be longer – as a result of disruptions with the dispatcher and/or the authorities of the country from which the product is sent or to which it is sent.
The shipment fee includes warranty in a case of cargo lose or damage. In any problem with the shipment the customer must report to the company during 24 hours since he received the product. The customer must present documents indicate the problem and if needed a picture of the damaged package and product. According to the document presented the company shall decide the rate of the compensation. In a case of need to deliver new product / parts the customer will be needed to pay for the new shipment cost.
Shipping charges include processing, handling and insurance fees ( No Taxes). When ordering more than one product, shipping fees will be based on the total weight of the order. In this event, charges will generally be less than the grand total displayed with the order.
In order to allow a reasonable time for practice and learn the craft we attach essential spare parts in addition to the warranty given. The warranty is given to the parachute for 6 months since the purchased. It is valid against any damage that may be caused from using the craft. Fulfilling the warranty is possible at any time during the warranty season after reporting to the company and receiving an approval from the company.
In a case of need to fulfill the warranty you are required to present the warranty script and the invoice. After receiving an approval from the company you should sent it to us. You will receive a fixed parachute or a new one within 14 days (returning the parachute to the costumer is made without need of additional payment from the customer). All other parts of the product can be purchased at any time.
Safety and limits use:
The product is suitable for use for 13 years old in the presence of an adult and only in a suitable place and in calm weather conditions (detailed in the manual attached to the product). Ordering the product is forbidden to those who don’t qualify the previous terms. The product is not fitted to be used in parks and beaches and above crowded place and in place where there is doubt for the operator to loose eye contact with the craft. The pilot must be responsible and behave according to the safety rules supplied and the rules of his country especially those related to operating a remote controlled craft. There isn’t and there will not be any responsibility for damage that may be caused to the operator or any other person from using the craft. We recommend to acquire a fitting insurance for using remote controlled craft, insurance that isn’t expensive but consist a vital component for the personal safety of the operator and the environment which he deal in the hobby.
Returning Policy:
We are certain in the quality of our product and the satisfaction of our customers. Yet, we will allow any customer to decide to return a purchased product without need to explain us the reason and to receive the money he paid for it. We will accept to take back a product in its original box before assembled. Returning product is available during 14 day since the product has been received by the customer attached to postal paper and invoice indicating the date received. In case of returning a product the customer must report us that he wish it and coordinate with us an address to deliver the product to. This address is different from the address the product has been shipped to the customer. The amount of money paid for the product will be delivered to the customer after the company verified that the product met the returning standard of the company. In case the returned product will not allow the company to offer it as a new product a sum of 40% till 70% will be collected from the customer as the company see fit. Transferring the payment to the customer will be in the same method the product has been purchased or in any acceptable and legal method to transfer money within 20 days since the returned product have been verified.
